Over the years, we’ve found that Mother Earth has an answer to most if not all of our beauty queries. With a little bit of experimentation we’ve found natural alternatives that can put your favorite beauty line to shame. Sipping coffee is one of our favorite ways to combat fatigue. But, if we don’t take care of our eyes, swelling and dark circles can be a dead giveaway that we haven’t gotten a full night of sleep. However, the solution can be found in our beloved morning brew. Whether it’s coffee or tea, the caffeine it contains acts as a simulator causing skin to constrict and become firm.  Caffeine is also full of anti-inflammatory antioxidants that can brighten skin to reduce the appearance of shadows. Try this tip: apply a teabag or coffee bag topically after steeping and then allowing to cool in ice water.
