We’re so excited to be celebrating our 9th birthdayyyy! Getting to this age has us feeling a little bit nostalgic so we’ve gathered up our top 9 favorite memories over the past 9 years!
That’s right! We’re taking it back to the good ol’ days when ShoeDazzle FIRST came to exist so there’s some really good stuff in here you don’t want to miss. We’re talking Kim K., K-Pop collabs and even something special involving Perez Hilton.

#1 – KEEPING UP WITH KIM KARDASHIAN
Kim Kardashian tweeted ShoeDazzle and immediately we got so many orders we didn’t even know how to handle the volume. At that time, we had maybe 5 employees. It was all hands on deck to fulfill those orders!! #keepingupwiththekardashians never felt so real ‘til that day.
#2 – COME VISIT US 🛍
We used to have a pop-up store in a local mall, where people could come see the shoes in person and sign up to become members. Kim K. even showed up one day to do a signing!
#3 – WORLD TRAVELERS 🌍
We licensed out ShoeDazzle to a company in South Korea. They used a Korean pop star to promote their products. #random
#4 – SOMETHING NEW 💍
We used to have a line of wedding shoes and accessories called “Dazzle Ever After.” Pssst! If you want this feature back, let us know in the comments below!
#5 – SHOEDAZZLE CARES ❤
Our first ShoeDazzle Cares collaboration was with actress Kristen Bell. She designed a shoe with us called Midge.
#6 – RAISING AWARENESS
One of our best-selling shoes for a long time was named after a family friend of a ShoeDazzle employee who had breast cancer. Available for purchase on our site as the official Breast Cancer Awareness shoe, Stephanie was a platform pump in bright ShoeDazzle pink.
#7 – STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM 💞
We had a line of signature shoes with hot pink soles! Every time you took a step a little pop of pink would show. Cute, right?! #prettyinpink
#8 – FAKE IT ’TIL YOU MAKE IT
Rachel Zoe was once our Chief Stylist. Her and her husband, Rodger Berman, were visiting the ShoeDazzle offices one day last minute. No one was prepared, so the Merchandising Team put together a totally fake presentation real quick and Rodger was very impressed by their spreadsheets (or at least kindly pretended to be. Haha!).
#9 – NEW CATEGORY: MEN’S SHOES
In the history of ShoeDazzle we’ve only sold ONE STYLE of men’s shoes. It was a sneaker designed by the celeb gossip queen himself – Perez Hilton! The shoe’s name was Shine, and came in a shimmering metallic silver hue with stud embellishments.
