Guess who’s getting into the Thanksgiving spirit.

…And by spirit, we mean vodka. Turkey day is just around the corner and we’ve got cranberries on our minds and in our glasses. Check out this super simple recipe for a Crantini, an all-year round staple that’s even more satisfying during this festive season.

Processed with VSCOcam with hb1 preset

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

2 ounces vodka
2 ounces cranberry juice
Fresh, frozen or dried cranberries for garnish
Slice of lime for garnish

HOW TO MAKE

Pour the vodka and juice into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with 2 ice cubes. Shake vigorously (or stir cautiously) for several seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Float cranberries and/or a slice of lime at the rim for garnish. Serve!

It’s cold and we want warmth! ShoeDazzle headquarters might be based in sunny southern California (so we might be a little bit spoiled), but the average daily temperature has dropped a WHOLE 5 DEGREES since summer, and we have no intentions of catching a cold. 65° is not exactly freezing, but it’s about time we finally have that first mug of mulled apple cider of the year: if not for warmth, then AT LEAST to be festive…

Speaking of which: it’s party season!

Tuesday Tunes - adsasdas

Looks like we’re here: the homestretch of 2014.

Feels like we got here fast. Feels like we had much fun on the way here. Doesn’t feel like we had enough time to enjoy it all. But the year is not over! There’s still room for good times: a strong year deserves a strong finish, and another strong playlist. Listen to these tunes for a lasting groove that’ll help you see it through.

Getting colder at the cusp: cozy up with the Winter Shop!

Meet the French Monaco: a super simple drink that all the cool-kids, up & down the River Seine, are sipping on. With an ingredient list consisting of just a few, fine flavors, it’s the perfect drink to help loosen your tongue as you brush up on your French. Simply, c’est si bon.
