WHAT YOU’LL NEED (serves 4)

1 bottle of pinot grigio
3 cups apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/4 cup bourbon

4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tbsp whole allspice (placed in a tea infuser)
1/2 tbsp whole cloves (placed in a tea infuser)
3 honeycrisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped

HOW TO MAKE

Mix all liquid ingredients together in a large pitcher and stir until well blended. Drop in cinnamon sticks, tea infuser with spices, and fruit; give it a few stirs and then refrigerate for several hours or, preferably, overnight.

Stir once before serving and garnish glasses with optional cinnamon sticks and orange slices. Cheers!

We’ve reached the homestretch of 2014, and we’re somehow stayin’ alive. It’s been a hectic but incredibly delightful year, so we thought this would be an appropriate moment to step back to turn up the nostalgia factor by stepping even further back to enjoy some nostalgic boogie.

We’re talking tunes from one of the most decadent decades: the 70′s. Every dance song you’ve ever loved owes its origins to the disco hits and early synths of this wondrous era. So relax, pour yourself a Tequila Sunrise, and don’t be afraid to dance.

Our hearts were ringing, in the key that our soles were singing. Check out #NewArrivals for new nostalgia.

I’m not saying that tie-dye is back—although it probably will be soon because Summer 2014 was all about the 80s [Hammer pants, now called harem], Fall 2014 is full-on 90s [overalls and track pants], and…you see where I’m going. Just acid watch; it’s gonna happen.

Clearly, throwback treatments are making a big comeback—fyi. Some are sensational cave paintings with hidden cheetahs, while others are simply saved by the bell.

Let’s forget about the stigma surrounding this more-than-a-century-old drink: the Daiquiri is still one of the simplest, most refined cocktails to ever be enjoyed worldwide. Who wouldn’t enjoy the blended, blissful simplicity of its sweet, sour, and fruity flavors? Recent generations may have grown weary of flimsy packets of Daiquiri premixes, but a Daiquiri done right is something to behold. So behold: here’s our delicious take on the Daiquiri.
