Kim Kardashian Ankle Cuff Sandals

The ankle cuff trend is Haute off the Press this fall as seen on celebrities and strutting the runways.  Get this look with ShoeDazzle’s Kasia pump!  Kim Kardashian rocked this trend for Fashion’s Night Out and you too can get the steal on this trend without the splurge!

If Elizabeth Taylor was diamonds, Jennifer Lopez definitely has the single-strap-sandal style cornered.

Pairing them with everything from bejeweled jumpsuits to emerald pencil skirts, it seems like she’s playing favorites up-and-down LA in the stiletto’d summer staple.

Not that we blame her; her already-amazing gams look uh-mazing when she wears them, not to mention they’re a totally timeless classic. Sure, we rock a ladylike pump every now and then– to brunch. We save the scary stuff for after dark, and by scary, don’t worry, we only mean naughty-naughty pointy pumps. This season, we love a cap toe pointy pump to walk the walk and do most of the talking before we even open our mouth. Think femme fatale style, metal cap toes that come to a fierce point, no questions asked.

But celebrities, in the way they happen to inspire us, like, all the time, are breaking out these pointy cap-toed pumps everywhere from daytime in an otherwise demure embroidered dress, like Jessica Biel, or paired with a casual jean and blazer combo, like Gwyneth Paltrow. And we plan to follow in their sexy footsteps by working the trend into our daytime routine, instantly elevating a sweater and shorts combo to absolute sex-symboldom. You can too, by keeping the rest of your wardrobe subdued and letting this in-your-face shoe really take the spotlight.

Even if the cap toe pointy pump is being reworked into daywear, it still holds our hearts in the after dark. Heidi Klum and Camille Belle both work these shoes on the red carpet, enhancing their image as ultra-powerful women in this attention getting style. We can’t wait to slip on a pair and see where the night (and the shoes!) take us.
