Allspice, cloves, and cinnamon sticks…sure signs of the new season! Summer is officially almost over and we can’t wait to switch gears to full-on fall, and what better way to transition than to share a wonderfully warm and inviting Fall Sangria?
Delicious and perfect for get-togethers: this spiced cocktail is perfect with autumn reds. Be sure to pair with new fall styles!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED (serves 4)
1 bottle of pinot grigio
3 cups apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/4 cup bourbon
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tbsp whole allspice (placed in a tea infuser)
1/2 tbsp whole cloves (placed in a tea infuser)
3 honeycrisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped
HOW TO MAKE
Mix all liquid ingredients together in a large pitcher and stir until well blended. Drop in cinnamon sticks, tea infuser with spices, and fruit; give it a few stirs and then refrigerate for several hours or, preferably, overnight.
Stir once before serving and garnish glasses with optional cinnamon sticks and orange slices. Cheers!
