Opposites Day

January 25th is National Opposites Day! In honor of this fun one-off holiday, we decided to do a little photo shoot in our brand new office.

The theme was to showcase one outfit (work AND girls night out appropriate) worn with three completely opposite shoes.

You can never go wrong with a little black on black leather action! Which style is your favorite?

From left to right: Emry sneakers, Marielos sandals and Estelle heels.

Nat'l pet Day

It’s National Dress Your Pet Day, and we finally have an excuse to dress up our furry friends! There are so many different options, that it can be quite overwhelming. We’ve collected a few of our favorites to help inspire you!

Movie-themed costumes are the perfect chance for photo ops. Instagram, anyone?! Get creative and make your own DIY outfit like a crocheted scarf and pipe-cleaner glasses for Harry Potter, or go for the easier, store-bought option like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.

Meow! If the pet in your life is a fancy feline, dress them up in some of your favorite costume jewelry. Layers of ladylike pearls offer an elegant look or you can opt for a more glamorous style with a bedazzled bib necklace.

If you’re feeling extra creative, it’s oh-so fun to match with your pet. Julianne Hough totes pulled off this day in the park with her pups all dressed in similar vests. A polo shirt or a dress also make adorable options. Hashtag-twinning!

We hope National Dress Your Pet Day is filled with plenty of wagging tails, precious purrs and fabulous outfits!

1 9 15This week, we saw four concrete fashionistas break down the walls of fashion… one brick at a time.

Left to right:

  1. Hautepinkpretty  lays down the lines in Euka.
  2. Jalynnschroeder keeps every step paved in posh, over-the-knee Lavine boots.
  3. Missenocha puts it down in some pepple-textured, Shari pumps.
  4. …While Sazanbarzani‘s look is set in stones with Ryoko

Solid style, ladies!

Twas the night before Christmas & all through the house, not a creature was stirring while she shopped with her mouse.

Ok. Fine. All the creatures WERE stirring, but she didn’t care;
she knew her new boots soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
while visions of sugar pumps danced in her head.

She’d found every present, the gadgets and toys:
Threats to withhold them made good girls and boys.

She bought and wrapped presents for everyone else; so she went on her laptop and shopped for herself.

When her order had shipped, she made such a clatter,
her twitter peeps were all, ‘OMG What’s the #matter!?’

…when what to her wondering eyes should appear,
but shoes, lots of shoes; we don’t sell reindeer.

Her outfit was dazzling; her shoes, a delight.
Happy Christmas to all and to all a good night!
