This time of year can really take a toll on us single girls as we watch all of our friends start to fall in love. Don’t get us wrong, we’re totally happy for them! But it can leave us questioning ‘Where is BAE?’ Today, we leave that attitude behind us and celebrate all of the amazing perks of being single! When it comes to my sense of single girl style, I always like to keep it cute and flirtatious because you never know who you might meet *wink wink*. My inspiration for this outfit was definitely the warmer weather we’ve been having out here in sunny Southern California (sorry East Coast). With Spring on the horizon, I decided to go for a clash of bold colors in the beautiful orchid-pink Novelty Neckline Fit & Flare Dress and electric-blue Zandra Pumps. The Classic Denim Jacket really pulled the whole look together for a more daytime-appropriate ensemble. I also added a few minor pieces of femme jewelry like the Of Quartz Necklace and Geode Whiz Bracelet.

Whether I’m grabbing a first date cocktail or out on the town with my best single girlfriends, I like to balance sexy style with some edge. A slinky LBD with on-trend Dolman sleeves and a hemline that flashes some leg like the Dolman Jersey Dress flaunts my best assets. I like to top it off with a loose, draped trench like the Drape Front Trench Coat that moves beautifully and makes for a serious entrance. Then pile on plenty of jewelry and accessories for sparkle and to add a bit of edge to soft separates. The Wrapped Up set is an arm candy no-brainer, a beautiful bib necklace and spiked ring set help make the outfit. A spiked peep toe pump like Viviane is both fierce and dangerous – just in case he doesn’t offer to pick up the bar tab…

Persona: Modern Classic
Being single is fun and exciting – especially living in an awesome city like LA! There are so many things to do, and people to meet. I don’t really fit into a ‘type’ of single girl – it really depends on the day or occasion. I put my career first, so during the week, I’m usually pretty busy with work, but I’ll always find a way to squeeze in happy hour with coworkers, or dinner with a friend. I try and start my day by taking early morning barre classes – helps me find my center before heading to the office. On the weekends, I like to mix up my activities: brunch, shopping, Netflix and chill, drinks with friends, karaoke, and the occasional Tinder date! In general, I enjoy a healthy dose of relaxing and having fun.
Since I’m always on the go, I tend to gravitate toward style choices that I can wear from day to night. Right now, I am obsessing over the Flap Pocket Blazer (especially in the great pop of Ultra Blue), paired back to the fun and flattering Distressed Ankle Grazer denim. My absolute favorite part of my outfit is, of course, my great ShoeDazzle Pumps: Daronie in Pink. I’m totally ready for a night out with all my Single Ladies!
