Thirsty Thursday: Blue Lagoon

If you’re looking for us, you can find us chilling on white sands with a Blue Lagoon in hand. We’ve fallen in love with this cocktail, so we thought we’d share it for this week’s Thirsty Thursday. Give it go–it won’t disappoint!

Blue Lagoon (Paired with Tia in chartreuse)

Blue Lagoon (Serves One)


Pineapple juice, 2 oz.
Cream of coconut, 1 oz.
Curacao blue, 1 oz.
Rum (light), 1 oz.


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake, or stir in a mixing glass.
Place ice in a serving glass and pour cocktail over ice. Add hibiscus flowers for garnish.
