Thirsty Thursday: Cranberry Mojito

Who doesn’t love a tasty mojito? Sweet and tart, our Cranberry Mojito is just what you need to top off a summer celebration. Best enjoyed in your favorite sandals, with your favorite people. Cheers!

Cranberry Mojito (Paired with Hadria in beige)

(Serves Two)

Ingredients

8 ounces of fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
10 mint leaves
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 ounces rum
Seltzer water

Directions

Create a cranberry simple syrup by adding fresh cranberries, sugar, and water to a sauce pot. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a simmer and then reduce heat to low, cooking for 10 minutes. After the mixture takes on a pink hue and reduces to syrup consistency, remove pot from heat and let cool.

Into 2 tall glasses, add mint leaves (slightly muddled to release flavor) and lime juice. Fill each glass with ice and add in 2 ounces cranberry simple syrup and 2 ounces rum. Top with seltzer water.
