2 ounces rye whiskey
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
1/4 ounce of absinthe
2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

HOW TO MAKE

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice and set aside to chill. In a separate mixing glass, add a few ice cubes, rye whiskey, simple syrup, and Peychaud’s Bitters and stir.
