What to Wear to a Summer Music Festival

Music-festival trends are an obsession in the fashion industry. It gives you a chance to experiment with different fashion styles; from pairing a pair of distressed booties with a flowy off-the-shoulder top, to accessorizing with metallic and beaded arm-candy. It’s simply effortless! Here is a guide to looking your best at any music festival this summer.

You may find yourself at a desert music festival this summer.  I’m sure you’re wondering, how to stay cute and cool in the desert. Well, bright colors, and loads of accessories are the way to go! You must finish your look with a hat and shades to  protect yourself from the sun. For this look, I paired a crocheted top with a bright coral maxi skirt and the Laiya booties. The low heel adds some extra height for a clearer view of your favorite artists’ performances. Winning! Top your look off with nude lips and a fedora hat. Now you’re looking like a desert goddess!

What to wear-American Girl

Made in America is around the corner! It is the second most tweeted music festival of the year with performances from your favorite artists, bands, and DJs! This means, you’re going to want to be trendy. For this look, I paired the Milos sandals with a red cut-out tank, a pair of Americana shorts, and a denim button-up to wrap around your waist just in case it gets chilly. Accessorize your look with a simple body chain, arm candy, and your favorite backpack. A bandana adds the right amount of edge to your look.

What to wear-Country Chic

Pitchfork Music Festival is for all the alternative rock, rap & hip-hop, electronica, and dance music lovers. The style correlates with the mid-summer weather, which is perfect for showing off some skin. For this look, I stuck with the basics. I paired a simple U-shaped spaghetti strap tank with a pair of distressed high-waisted shorts, and the Mykonos platforms. To make this outfit a little more chic, I accessorized with a boho chic cross body, a flowy hat, and 70s-inspired sunnies. Time to get groovy, girl!
